Purpose and availability

Launchpad is a career organization tool. Release Candidate features may have limitations. Accounts, job retrieval, AI and email delivery depend on configured third-party services. No availability level, hiring outcome, revenue or commercial subscription is promised by this draft.

Your responsibilities

Accounts and AI are for people aged 16 or older. Supply accurate information, protect your credentials and only upload data you are entitled to use. Do not bypass rate limits, misuse provider APIs, upload malicious content or attempt to access another user's records. Use separate browser profiles on shared devices.

Career and AI limitations

AI suggestions can be inaccurate. Review all recommendations and verify eligibility, employer information, salary, visa and legal requirements with authoritative sources. Launchpad does not provide immigration, legal or financial advice, guarantee employment, or represent listed companies. Company directory entries are curated, not hiring claims. Job listings are sourced and may be delayed, expire or contain provider errors.

Data and control

You retain control of your entered content. Export backups regularly. Guest data is shared within the browser profile; signing in does not convert or erase it. Account deletion removes active owned cloud records, subject to operator/provider backup and legal retention requirements that must be finalized. Payments and public launch

The Commercial RC includes sandbox-prepared Paddle billing and server-side entitlements. Live sales remain disabled until operator, payment-provider, legal and real-integration approvals are complete. Commercial launch requires finalized terms/privacy notices, operator/support details, appropriate billing/tax/refund systems, vendor contracts and live security/integration validation. This draft does not create a payment obligation or claim regulatory compliance.

Paid contracts require age 18 or older and versioned acceptance of recurring billing terms. See the billing, cancellation and refund draft. Any guardian process, consumer cooling-off rights, refund deadlines and governing law must be finalized before accepting payment. Local portfolio features remain available; paid permissions protect server data and AI, not client-side source code.
